Update to the last post
Quick comment on the last post. I corrected the first line (Acts 10 - not 15) and rewrote the ending because I thought I was getting off on a tangent. Some of the questions to come out of this post are: Have you ever heard this chapter preached or taught? How did they approach Peter's vision? If you have heard it taught that the main purpose was to change the dietary laws, then what does that say about the inerrancy of scripture? And the lack of attention given to such a change in the rest of the Bible? What about God's methods for teaching Peter, Ezekiel, and Moses? What do you think about the fact that the Bible says over and over again that God tests us to see what/how/why we choose to obey or not obey His Word? Shalom
