Yom Kippur War 1973 Drawing

I mentioned a few posts back that I would include a drawing that I did, while I was attending Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota, on the Yom Kippur War. The original is around 15 x 23 inches; I had made a smaller version of it and it is the smaller one that I scanned here. Unfortunately, I had to scan it in two pieces and each one had a slightly different coloring. Do you see the symbolism in the picture?
